Festival Regulations
Description of the Festival
Every country is rich in its traditions and culture which are reflected in different fields of Art. Participation in Festival "Art-Kolkhi" will give you the chance to represent wisdom and culture of your country as well as get acquainted with other cultures. The major idea of the Festival is the establishment of friendly relations between the representatives of different countries, increasing cultural awareness and providing basis for their further cooperation.
Aims and Objectives
- Represent national culture and art beyond the borders
- Tighten inter-state relations through culture and art
- Establish creative relations, enhance the quality of performance and seek new creative individualism
Festival Conditions
Representatives of every field of art are welcome to participate: vocalists, instrumentalists, dance groups, ensembles, and individual performers.
Participants can take part in both competitive and festival sections. Competitive performances will be evaluated by the jury, while festival performances will have a showcase character (diplomas and prizes will be awarded).

Financial Terms
The festival is self-funded. Participants cover their own travel and, if necessary, accommodation expenses.
The Festival Provides
- Airport reception and transportation of foreign guests to the destination
- Excursion services available upon prior arrangement
Festival Awards
Grand Prix, I-II-III places, nominations, diplomas and valuable prizes in various age categories. The competition will be evaluated by an international jury.
